Wii Sports Resort was released in Japan on June 25th. Hypothetically speaking, I either live in Japan, or have a Japanese friend who let me use their game, or whatever other way you think I may have gotten the game . Either way, I shall bring you my review.

I give it 5 stars most definitely. The difference between Wii Sports and Wii Sports Resort is super-mega-extra fun gaming. You have to use the Wii Motion Plus which makes movements on screen more accurate to what you are actually doing with the controller, unlike the first Wii Sports where you had to move the controller in specific directions to make specific movements. If you were hot stuff on Wii Sports don't think you're going to come into Wii Sports Resort the same way, because it definitely takes more skill to win, rather than memorizing what specific spin or movement will make things work.

Basketball, archery, sword fighting, skydiving, its great! The bowling in Wii Sports Resort is definitely a leap above the bowling in the first Wii Sports, because of the Motion Plus it is more accurate to actually bowling in real life, and there is also a 100 pin bowling option.

I'm still awaiting to buy the American version when it comes out this month, because my Japanese is pretty rusty, and I can't figure out all the on-screen options and directions.

There is something that non-gamers don't understand about World of Warcraft.....IT CANNOT BE PAUSED. I don't know how many times I've heard "Well can't you just pause it?!"....No, I can NOT. World of Warcraft is a MMORPG- massively multiplayer online role playing game, key here being MULTIPLAYER, meaning I'm not just playing by myself.  If you see me playing WoW, I am playing in real time with other people. It is un-pauseable. This is a very hard thing to try to convey to people who just don't understand. If you were playing a game of soccer with a bunch of other people, could you just pause it? No. In the same, I cannot pause a dungeon in which I am working with 5 other individuals to down a boss.

Duh! lol
